He has represented creditors and creditors' committees, debtors and debtors-in-possession, adversary defendants, trustees, assignees for the benefit of creditors, asset purchasers, and shareholders. Mr. Madris has appeared in federal and state courts throughout California, and, in association with local counsel, in states throughout the nation. Mr. Madris is licensed to practice in the Central District of California, the Northern and Eastern Districts of California, and in all California state courts.
